As non-face-to-face education and work are settled due to the prolonged corona virus, work and rest are not separated in a residential space, resulting in increased fatigue. As such, with the change of the untact era, many changes have appeared in the residential environment, and it is necessary to provide a community space equipped with a work environment in a location with convenient access to each area by reflecting these changes.

As the work space in the residential environment has become more important as the housing, education, and work environments change due to the corona virus, this study is a smart application that can be applied in terms of physical and software conditions for space planning in line with the new lifestyle pursued by various generations. It aims to develop a community model based on user experience considering the characteristics of untact society, including programs at the technical level.

코로나 장기화로 비대면 교육·근무가 정착하면서 주거공간 속에서 일과 휴식이 분리되지 않아 피로감이 높아져 인근 카페 등이 대안공간으로 사용됨에 따라 주거환경 내 유연한 업무공간에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이처럼 언택트 시대로 변화되면서 주거환경에 많은 변화가 나타났고 이러한 변화를 반영하여 지역마다 접근성이 편리한 위치에 작업환경이 갖추어진 커뮤니티 공간을 제공해야 한다.

본 연구는 코로나로 주거·교육·업무환경이 변화됨에 따라 주거환경 내 작업공간이 중요해진 만큼 다양한 세대들이 추구하는 새로운 라이프스타일에 맞춰 공간계획 시 물리적인측면에서 필요한 조건과 소프트웨어측면에서 적용 가능한 스마트기술 차원의 프로그램까지 포함하여 언택트 사회 특성을 고려해 사용자 경험을 기반으로 한 지역사회 커뮤니티 모델을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다.
