This study identifies the needs of residents through a more in-depth study on living in the residential area, and specifically investigates the Internet of Things (IoT) technology for supporting residents' health. The aim of this research is to develop health smart home/community models supporting healthy life with a target for the elderly and patients' autonomous lives in their own housing. To this end, research on how intelligent technologies affect residents' user experience (UX) is conducted from the perspective of HCI and cognitive science, focusing on interaction. The proposed models emphasize human-computer interaction with a focus on user experiences by extending the boundary of the smart home research into the housing complex.
